Job Description:

As an HR Manager at Urbify, you have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in the field of Human Resources and contribute significantly to our company culture and development. You are responsible for designing and implementing company strategies and initiatives, focusing on the connection between company success and employee satisfaction.

This includes regular meetings with all employees and organizing team events for the company.

Your tasks in our company:

You are responsible for: recruiting, onboarding, and the continuous development of employees.
Performance management: You monitor the development and performance of our employees and respond individually to their needs.
Labor law matters: You ensure compliance with legal and internal HR policies.
Compensation management: You develop and monitor salary structures and compensation plans.
Corporate culture: You promote our company culture and ensure good cooperation among everyone.

What you should bring:

Education/Training: Completed training or studies in the field of human resources.
Professional experience: At least 5 years in human resources.
Language skills: Very good English and German skills, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Good people skills: You should be able to respond well to other opinions and listen well. You should also be able to act on both a factual and emotional level.
Positive demeanor: As it is your task to constantly optimize the working atmosphere in the company, you should lead by example with a positive demeanor.
Communication skills: You should be eloquent and able to communicate well with others, a more extroverted nature is beneficial.
