Our team is on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Manager (m/f/d) to lead our Southern operations from Mannheim. This position is made for someone with an in-depth understanding of the logistical nuances and market demands of Southern Germany. As a Regional Manager, you will report directly to the C-Level and be responsible for upholding our service standards and operational excellence across the region. ‍What you bring…

• Proven experience in leading operations within a geographically defined area; a specific focus on Northern Germany's logistics and business environment is a plus.
• A strategic approach to regional management, with a record of enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical abilities to oversee and improve key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Collaborative leadership style, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing operational teams, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
• Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar fields.
